Have a question. Do they Always stay on the ground…..won’t other animals attack them.

Depends on the habitat. Near farmland, snowies often prefers telephone poles and barn rooftops.
Remember, they can fly. They can fly away from anything. They are strong with a huge wingspan and can launch into flight from a sitting position very quickly.
The main harassment/attacks (her anyway) come mostly from aerial predators (eagles/peregrine/harriers) They are actually more vulnerable to those attacks when they are perched precariously high.
So the ground has the advantage of wind protection, being close to prey, and having a little cover as they sit very still.
