Coyote considers himself a bit of foodie and eats all kinds of local eggs at the Lighthouse. Coyote actually prefers the larger Oystercatcher & Skimmer eggs, and the more abundant Least Tern eggs, over the meager Piping Plovers’ when given the choice.
